This week is another rough one as Brittany takes us through the life of the infamous Pee Wee Gaskins. Once known as the "Meanest Man in America," the 5'5" man was nothing but trouble for the state of South Carolina from a young age. With over fifteen confirmed victims and over a 100 he claimed to have killed, we learn that nothing was off limits for this man.
